A maximum of two (2) cars is allowed on the premises: one for the Monarch Villa and one for the Monarch Villa Deluxe.
In regards to street parking, you may park on the following streets:
Crenshaw Boulevard: No parking from 7am to 9am and no parking from 4pm to 7pm (except on Saturdays & Sundays)
Bronson Street.: Street Sweeping (10 am to 12 noon) on Wednesdays and (10 am to 12 noon) on Thursdays (other curb)
23rd Street: Street Sweeping (10 am to 12 noon) on Wednesdays and (10 am to 12 noon) on Thursdays (other curb)
Please make sure to check street parking/sweeping dates and times to avoid any tickets or towing.

No. The max occupancy per room is 2.
Yes, there are a total of 8 bedrooms in the Monarch Villa (Main House) and a total of 3 bedrooms in the Monarch Villa Deluxe (Backhouse). The Monarch Villa can sleep 16 people total and the Monarch Villa Deluxe can sleep 6 people total. Please contact us directly to understand the process of renting the entire house.

Check out is at 11am sharp.
You will receive an email prior to check in for the drive gate, pedestrian gate, house and room access code. You will be able to check yourself in anytime after 3pm using the respective codes you receive.
Do you provide toiletries and towels?
Yes, we do provide all linens and towels as well basic toiletries; shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We also have hairdryers in each room.
